Campus-based Supportive Housing

Where Housing and Healing Come Together

Housing for New Hope’s Campus-based Supportive Housing provides long-term housing and individualized support for individuals who have experienced extended periods of homelessness and have at least one disabling condition, which may include physical concerns, mental health issues, and substance use disorders. These participants benefit from both stable housing and the supportive services they need to promote treatment, recovery, and self-sufficiency.

Participants live at one of two dedicated communities, Andover Apartments or Williams Square, where they receive case management from their Housing Stability Coordinator who connects them with services that support their goals and journey to independence.

What we provide:
  • A private, leased unit with utilities included – residents pay only 30% of their income toward rent
  • A Home Essentials Kit at move-in to ensure every resident has the basics for living
  • Self-sufficiency in long-term housing, employability, and improved health outcomes
  • A dedicated Housing Stability Coordinator who builds a trusting relationship, facilitates goal setting, and provides personalized support and crisis intervention
  • Collaborative partnerships with local providers for pathways to mental health recovery, substance use treatment, increased income, and greater independence.
