We are pleased to announce that commencement of work on Cole Mill Place is imminent.
Cole Mill Place will provide ten two- and three-bedroom units of workforce housing, for which there is a critical need in our community.
We purchased the long-abandoned structure on Cole Mill Road, located next to Tommy's Mini Mart, thanks to support from the City of Durham and Self Help.
